FInance Director for US House Challenger in a Targeted District

A targeted U.S. House race in Florida seeks a Finance Director to join our team.

The Finance Director will work with the campaign manager and consultant team to develop and execute the campaign’s finance plan.

The Finance Director will also manage and implement call time programs, low and high dollar events both statewide and nationwide, donor prospecting and research. Other core functions may include managing staff,volunteers, and interns as well as staffing the candidate at events; helping lead fundraising events; preparing reports on fundraising progress for the Campaign Manager, and Candidate; and collect and maintain up-to-date and accurate database records for the campaign, including reports for all personal contacts between donors and campaign staff.

Qualifications
-Must have strong written and communication skills
-Prior experience with targeting contributors and follow up management
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ActBlue, & NGP
-Excellent time and project management skills are a must
-A proven track record for being a self-starter

-Attention to detail

Requirements
-One cycle or more of campaign finance experience; previous statewide or

federal campaign finance experience or equivalent is a plus.

-Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable mode of transportation and
the ability to travel extensively at times for more than a day at a time.
