SUMMARY of the FUNCTION/Role

The Identity and Access Management System project team is seeking a seasoned Test Engineer/Analyst for the IAMS implementation that can produce test strategy documentation, design test scripts and execute a full end to end testing effort for the project.

 

These resources will be managing all Business Analysis and Testing aspects of the project and achieve the required result within timeline and budget goals. These resources will provide reports to Management regarding the progress of the project.

 

The candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Development of the test strategy, test plans, test scripts.
• Execution of the test cases.
• Documentation of any defects detected in the execution of the testing.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the IAMS team with Testing work in the support of

• Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Reporting and Documentation expertise for test strategy, test plans and test scripts.
• Detail testing defect identification and documentation
• Execution of test cases.

 

 RiskS (required by MTA Risk Management)

• This is an office position that has no expected risks

 

DELIVERABLES & Due dates

Documents:

1. Meeting agenda and minutes
2. Status reports
3. Risks and Issues reports
4. Resource time tracking
5. Budget tracking

 

All source files will be provided to the MTA.

 

Qualifications EXPERIENCE & eDUCATION

• The consultant is required to have 10 years’ experience with Testing.
• Experience interfacing with various internal IT and Business teams and external vendors.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience with Project testing strategy, test scripts, test execution and test tracking.
• Experience interviewing various levels of functional, technical and manager applicants.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
