Espy for Senate - Call Time Manager

The Espy for Senate campaign is looking for a call time manager for the 2020 Senate race in Mississippi. Mike is the DSCC endorsed candidate, and the call time manager will manage the candidates call time.

In a 2018 special election, Mike Espy raised over $7million in less than eight months in the most competitive state wide race Mississippi had seen in over two decades. The campaign is looking for a strong fundraiser who is willing to take on the challenge of helping turn Mississippi blue. 

Responsibilities

• Staffing and managing the candidates call time

• Travel with the candidate as needed to conduct call time as the candidate travels

• Conduct donor research

• Coordinate with finance team members locally and nationally to ensure an efficient call time

• Helping prepare call time materials/call sheets

• Assisting in pledge chase

Qualifications

• Excellent personal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including attention to detail.

• Ability to travel and work weekends and nights as needed

• Position is based in Jackson, MS

• Past experience managing candidate call time, staffing a candidate and preparing public events a plus

• Good sense of humor and ability to be flexible with changing schedules

• Experience with NGP and Gsuite applications a plus
