Junior Analyst
This is an entry-level position for the quantitatively-minded, who don’t shy away from challenging problems and who have the communication skills necessary to explain the answer to clients. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and adapt to unexpected needs and novel problems. You should also enjoy diving into difficult problems, get excited about new tools and techniques, and know how to ask for help when you get stuck. Not only will you process, manipulate, and analyze data in a wide variety of formats and structures, you will also write reports, participate in conference calls, and present results to clients. Whether you’re working independently or collaboratively, you will be a part of the team. You don’t necessarily need experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and big-data processing, but you will learn those skills on the job.
