Finance Director for Democratic Statewide candidate

A competitive Democratic statewide campaign is seeking resumes from candidates with experience as a Finance Director of a statewide campaign or in multiple senior fundraising roles for a multi-million dollar campaign.

Desired Qualifications: The ideal applicant will have demonstrated proven success in leading all aspects of a fundraising operation, following through on plans, and reporting on results, as well as effectively coordinating with a candidate, campaign staff, consultants, and donors.

NGP fluency is a must. Connections to donors in key states are a plus (please indicate your top 5).

Responsibilities include: 

- Refining and implementing fundraising plan

- Recruiting, training, and supervising finance staff (as well as fellows or interns)

- Leading donor prospecting and call time effort 

- Establishing a finance committee and cultivating surrogates

- Organizing in-state and national events

- Handling PAC solicits

- Overseeing fundraising emails

- Managing compliance and reporting process
