RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of the Program Coordinator are to
manage specials projects for the San Francisco campaign team. Key duties will include
scheduling meetings and conference calls, managing logistics of special events and
compiling notes and reports for meetings.
The Program Coordinator will serve an important liaison role
between the campaign team and other departments, helping coordinate meetings and follow up on tasks. The Program Coordinator must be
confident and professional in engaging with all team members.
The position will be based in San Francisco, CA.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of professional experience is desired
Applicants must be exceedingly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
Previous campaign experience highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Discretion and professional approach to sensitive information is necessary
Experience with Microsoft office and Google Apps required
