Congressman John Delaney's Presidential Campaign is expanding its digital team in Iowa. Team members will work with a team of high quality professionals and consultants to implement both Iowa specific day-to-day social media strategy and spearhead a series of new innovative communication strategies.

Description:

· Implement an overall new media strategy for integrated digital campaigns;

· Actively and aggressively promote the Congressman's policy agenda in all forms of communications;

· Measure, analyze and track impact of digital content across channels;

· Translate difficult concepts into attractive and distributable content, including graphics, videos and other multi-media projects;

· Manage expansion of website and strategically collaborate with other stakeholders;

Qualifications:

· Strong educational background, writing skills and proven digital strategic thinking;

· Experience branding complicated topics and leading aggressive social media strategies across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

· Capable of collaborating across a dynamic campaign team and initiating new projects;

· Creative and strategic thinker;

· Entrepreneurial spirit and keen interest in innovation; and

· Strong organizational skills.
