Position Summary:

Hiring immediately: Field Organizers on a competitive Minnesota Congressional campaign who will be responsible for building and managing volunteer teams to maximize Democratic turnout and improve Democratic performance. Field Organizers will recruit, train, and manage volunteers to register voters, canvass, phone bank, and other activities. Field Organizers should be high energy, outgoing, enthusiastic, and willing to work long hours.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-        Exceptionally organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines;

-        Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

-        Positions will be based  in targeted Congressional Districts across the country;

-        Frequent travel required; Access to a vehicle;

-        Commitment to electing Democrats;

-        Other duties as needed;
