Field Organizer for Statewide Campaign

Position: 

Field Organizer sought for a top of the ticket statewide New Mexico Secretary of State race. Responsible for execution of community engagement and field organizing including; recruiting volunteers, achieving field program goals, volunteer training and daily reporting and accountability throughout GOTV. Field Organizers will report to the Field Director. Position starts in July.

 

Field Organizer Responsibilities:

· Execution of visibility and coverage throughout local communities for the campaign.

· Executing the field plan.

· Meet and exceed benchmarks for voter contact, volunteer recruitment, grassroots engagement, and GOTV.

· Usage of the campaign voter database.

· Participation in a professional campaign culture with an emphasis on building out best practices based on conditions on the ground and accountability to goals and metrics.

 

Field Organizer Qualifications:

· Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced campaign environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with an ability to be self-accountable.

· Ability to meet deadlines on multiple concurrent tasks.

· Spanish language skills a bonus.

· No experience is required.

 

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
