Competitive race seeks full time field organizer able to start immediately. 

 

Experience

 

· Demonstrated commitment to progressive candidates and issues

· One cycle of campaign experience preferred 

· Ties to Northern Virginia region preferred 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Recruit and train neighborhood teams

· Create and maintain VAN lists

· Ability to communicate effectively with voters

· Ability to thrive in high-pressure environment 

· Attend events as campaign surrogate 

· Reliable car and valid drivers license
