TAMPA/CENTRAL FL- Seeking Call Time Manager/Finance Associate for Top-target Congressional

Top-target Congressional campaign in Tampa/Lakeland/Orlando area seeks a full-time Call Time Manager/Finance Associate for the 2020 election. The position will work directly with the candidate in all aspects of the fundraising program. Ideal candidate is a self-starter with some experience in fundraising and the willingness to work campaign hours. Knowledge of NGP a plus.

Duties will include:

-Working with the Finance Team, implement an aggressive finance plan

-Oversee all aspects of call time, including data entry and follow up

-Manage prospect research

-Ensure timely gift processing from Call Time contributions

-Solicit low-dollar gifts as necessary

-Staff the candidate and assist the finance team at fundraisers, meetings, and campaign events as necessary

-Supervise department intern program as necessary

-Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements/ Qualifications:

-Previous campaign fundraising experience preferred

-Experience with word processing (Word or Google Docs) and spreadsheets (Excel or Sheets)  

-Experience with NGP a plus, but not a requirement

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Access to reliable transportation
