Ensuring that all fundraising data is accurately coded and recorded in NGP and a successful donor cultivation program is implemented
Top-level management of robust call time program, including donor and data management, staffing call time and managing call-time manager
Coordinating all logistics for virtual events: creating links, flyers, zoom invites, and collateral for event hosts, and providing support for in-person events, when they are resumed
Designing a donor cultivation program, including direct mail and donor acknowledgements
Working with compliance consultant to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of campaign fundraising reports
Assisting with the online fundraising and email programs as well as PAC/Member fundraising outreach
Coordinating candidate’s schedule

Previous Congressional campaign finance experience highly preferred. Ideal candidates will have at least one cycle as a Finance Director or two cycles in another role on a finance team for a House candidate
Experience managing candidate call time and planning and executing successful high-dollar events (virtual events experience a bonus)
Ideal candidates will have experience with all additional aspects of campaign finance operations including direct mail, digital, finance committee, budget management, and compliance
Must have an advanced working knowledge of NGP VAN, ActBlue, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zoom
Candidate Attributes:
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong, proactive work ethic and commitment to problem solving
Positive attitude and lots of energy!
Must be detail oriented, and have excellent time management skills
Flexibility to work long hours including weekends and holidays, when required
Timeline and Compensation
This is a full-time, paid position beginning immediately and running through November 3, 2020, but ideal candidates will be interested in staying on through the 2022 cycle. This role is remote in 2020, but candidates would be expected to relocate to the New York City area by January 2021. Salary for this position starts at $4,500 but is negotiable, commensurate with experience.
