NC Congressional Campaign Seeking Field Director

A top-tier congressional campaign in North Carolina mountains is looking for an on-site, full time field director.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and executing a comprehensive field plan focused on persuasion and GOTV of Democrats, Unaffiliateds and Republicans.
• Draft and prioritize a field budget with collaboration with senior staff.
• Build and manage field staff consisting of county coordinators, field organizers, and hundreds of volunteers.
• Set, meet, and achieve goals for voter contact, volunteer recruitment, vote pledges, and GOTV.
• Maintain and update database of voter contact results.

Preferred skills and experience in candidates include:

• Prior political campaign experience in field
• Multitasker
• Skilled at managing staff and volunteers
• Deadline oriented
• Experience with NationBuilder
• Experience with VAN
• Proficient on computer
• Above average typing skills
• Comfortable on phone
