Field Organizer -- Top-Tier Montgomery County Executive Race (DC suburbs)

Top-tier Montgomery County Executive Race is seeking a dedicated and energetic Field Organizer to help execute a robust but targeted Field Program for a county of over 1 million residents. Start date is ASAP and the commitment is through the primary on June 26th, 2018. Previous field experience on a political campaign is preferred.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·      Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and expand volunteer network

·      Manage and execute canvass and phone bank operations

·      Manage and coordinate an extensive voter outreach program

·      Ensure that all benchmarks are met or exceeded

 

Qualifications:

·      A cycle of field or campaign volunteer experience preferred 

·      Self-motivated and willingness to work long hours including weekends

·      Passion for progressive politics

·      Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire volunteers

·      Experience with Votebuilder preferred

·      Must have a car
