IE Digital Desk (Account Management and/or Ad Operations Experience)

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is hiring a Digital Desk for the Committee’s Independent Expenditure Unit (IE). The desk will be responsible for managing the processes of media strategy and planning, reviewing campaign performance reports, and making optimization recommendations to ensure each program is meeting its KPI. This is very much similar to account management role.


Qualification: 1.5+ years of experience in digital advertising (non-fundraising), strong project management capability, proficient in developing and understanding the media planning process (strategizing and purchasing ad placements by determining the best combination of media to achieve marketing campaign goals), ability to aggregate and analyze internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
