Campaign managers – Dallas and Houston

Grant Martin Campaigns is
hiring campaign managers for municipal races in Dallas (May) and
Houston (November).
The ideal candidate will have
at least three cycles of campaign management experience with at least one cycle
managing a budget of $500,000+.
Managers who have come up through field are strongly preferred. Experience in communities of color is a plux.
Managers will be responsible for executing (and helping to develop) the campaign plans, overseeing budgets and hiring and managing staff, interns and volunteers.
Managers must have the maturity and confidence to be the face of the campaign to major donors, community leaders, and, in some cases, the press.
Houston and Dallas are sprawling metropolises – managers must have a car.
