Cooper for North Carolina is searching for a Call Time Manager to join our 2020 campaign. The Call Time Manager will be responsible for prepping for, facilitating, and staffing candidate call time and will play a key role in meeting aggressive fundraising goals by optimizing the candidate’s time. This position will report directly to the Finance Director. This position is based in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and staff call time
· Research and prepare prospects and resolicits
· Tracking and data management associated with call time
· Manage thank you letter program
Qualifications:
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
· Attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and NGP
· Prior experience with call time management or political fundraising is preferred, but not required.
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment
