Field Director: Brooklyn Borough President Campaign

Campaign for Brooklyn Borough President seeks a Field Director to oversee all field operations for a borough-wide Democratic primary campaign.

With 2.8 million residents (and over one million registered Democrats), this represents a rare opportunity for an ambitious Field Director to gain experience running a large-scale field operation communicating with a diverse and multi-lingual electorate.

The Field Director will be responsible for overseeing:

• Petition signature collection
• Canvassing
• Ensuring that in-person campaigning is conducted in accordance with the campaign’s requirements for PPE usage
• Remote phone banking
• Remote text banking
• Relational organizing

Qualifications:

• Previous field management experience required. NYC experience preferred.
• Experience using relevant digital tools and software
• Self-driven and efficient
• Team player
• Must be able to work out of our office (this position is NOT remote)
