Yes on 2C: A Smart Deal for Denver is currently hiring Regional Field Directors for a November 2015 ballot measure to make critical investments in Denver’s local economy. Regional Field Directors are responsible for building and managing a team of organizers who will conduct voter contact at the door and on the phone. RFDs will support field organizers with daily check-ins and training through canvassing and phone calls. Specific Responsibilities:
Hiring, training and managing a staff of at least four field organizers
Canvassing on a daily basis to support field organizers
Develop and deliver group and individual trainings
Prepare walk and call lists for canvassing and phone banking
Manage volunteer canvasses and phone banks during Get Out the Vote
RFDs will report to the Field Director. This position is a full time commitment. Working knowledge of VAN (Voter Activation Network) is desirable. Past political involvement or volunteer work is preferred. Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license is required.
Compensation: Salary is competitive

Specific Responsibilities:
Canvassing on a daily basis to persuade undecided voters and turnout supporters
Phone calls to ID targeted voters
This is a full or part-time position. Past political involvement or volunteer work is preferred. Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required.
