Description:
Movement Labs, an incubator and consulting firm dedicated to building progressive power and defeating extremism, is seeking a Donor CRM Specialist to join their Development team. In this full-time, remote role, you will manage and maintain the organization’s CRM (EveryAction), ensuring data accuracy and supporting fundraising strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining donor records, supporting data integrations, building reports and segmented lists, tracking fundraising metrics, and preparing donor profiles. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in fundraising or data management, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with CRMs and spreadsheets. The position offers a salary of $70,000–$75,000, excellent benefits, and is part of a collective bargaining unit. Applications submitted by January 12, 2026, will be prioritized.
