#VOTEPROCHOICE is a project of Democrats.com LLC to mobilize the nation's prochoice majority to elect prochoice candidates from President to the bottom of the ballot. Launched for the 2016 election, we are building a powerful network of committed local activists to serve the broader reproductive rights movement and to activate in state and local communities to support the critical protection of reproductive rights.

Position description:

We are seeking a devoted, progressive team member to provide operations support for the next phase of the project. Operations support includes, but is most definitely not limited to:

- Set up and manage high level customer relationship management system

- Detail oriented list management

- Impeccable customer service supporting high level organization partners, volunteers, donors and political officials.

- Administrative support, travel planning and extensive scheduling for co-founders.

- Event planning and management

Characteristics of the perfect team member:

- Energized and committed to protecting reproductive rights

- Loves excel spreadsheets and google docs as a means to manipulate chaos and establish order in the universe

- Understands the power of great lists and/or is willing to learn more about that.

- Flexible and pragmatic, probably an ambivert. Can stare at a spreadsheet for awhile and then pick up the phone for a friendly chat with a prochoice voter in the field who has a question.

- creative, perhaps even with graphic design and Squarespace experience

- politically inclined or interested, whatever that means to you

- will accurately scan business cards into CRM system without vocalizing a complaint.

This opportunity is unique in that the Democrats.com family encompasses a wide variety of interesting multi-platform organizing projects. You will meet everyone from high level elected officials and donors to the best volunteers in the smallest communities in America.

Contract engagement, approximately 30 hr/wk to full time.

Remote self directed work with weekly in person work sessions.
