Hyper-competitive mid-Atlantic primary seeking a field director to start immediately. This is the most exciting (non-presidential) primary of the cycle. This is the stuff documentaries are made of. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0457496/ 

The field director's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
 
- Writing and implementing an aggressive field plan, including 
persuasion and GOTV components
- Hiring and managing additional field staff 
- Setting and achieving robust voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals

- Recruit, organize, and operate a GOTV Paid Canvass
- Organizing house parties, meet and greets, and other field events

- Staffing large rallies with intense media scrutiny
- Managing the voter file and ensuring accurate data
 
Previous staff management and VAN experience is required. Any field organizers you've previously worked with who are ready to start yesterday will be strongly considered.
