A competitive House of Delegates campaign is the Richmond area is looking to hire part-time paid canvassers starting immediately through the June 13th primary.
Responsibilities:
A commitment of 10-25 hours a week
Primary focus on voter contact: door-to-door canvassing as well as volunteer outreach
Support volunteer capacity building
Collect and organize data for voter contact activities
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Commitment to progressive candidates and campaigns
Ability to work independently, meet goals, and be flexible
Access to a vehicle/ transportation and laptop
Previous organizing and canvassing experience preferred
VAN experience preferred
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong written and verbal skills
