Challenging but competitive North Texas State House race seeks a Campaign Manager for November 2016 election.
This race represents a real opportunity to flip a seat from red to blue, and the right manager will work with the candidate and strategic team to help lead us to the promised land! This is a significant race for a progressive candidate, with an anticipated budget in excess of $250,000.
This is a great opportunity for an RFD or Field Director, or a Finance Assistant or Call Time Manager, looking to take the next step.
A solid foundation of nuts-and-bolts fundamentals of a campaign will be key to your success, so an ideal candidate has at least two cycles of campaign experience; a self-starter who is creative, flexible, ready for an opportunity on an important race with a collaborative, team-first environment.
Experience with fundraising and NGP is a plus – these budgets won’t achieve themselves.
Experience with field and VAN is also plus - this will involve a significant doors-driven persuasion effort.
