Florida Democratic Party Hiring for Field Organizers

Senate Victory, the arm of the Florida Democratic Party responsible for running state Senate campaigns, is seeking field organizers for the 2016 cycle. This position will be for state Senate districts in Miami-Dade County.
A field organizer will be responsible for executing the field plan and managing paid canvassers, recruiting volunteers, cutting turf and directly supervising the day to day execution of a comprehensive field plan.
An Ideal candidate possesses the following skills
Proficient in NGP/VAN, Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Ability to be a self-starter who is able to work toward multiple goals
Ability to manage people
Ability to speak and write Spanish
In addition a candidate must
Be willing to relocate throughout Florida
Have transportation
Able to work long irregular hours and weekends
