We are hiring PAID CANVASS DIRECTORS to manage high volume canvass programs in Maryland, DC, Virginia and Delaware. Canvass Directors must have experience managing all aspects of door-to-door and site based canvass programs including hiring, training, tracking and data management. These are temporary, full-time positions with opportunities for long-term employment and growth.

 

Specific Duties Include:

 Recruit, hire and train 60 – 100 canvassers.

 Oversee daily canvass operations

  Implement daily monitoring/tracking to maintain integrity of data/program

  Manage and evaluate performance of canvass site locations

  Manage data validation and entry process

  Schedule and maintain canvasser payroll

 

Qualifications:

·         Experience managing large canvass programs a must (those with significant canvassing experience and other management experience should also apply)

·         Field training experience

·         Proven track record of leadership under fire

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Willing to work long hours and weekends

·         Must have your own computer and reliable transportation
