Bernie 2016 is hiring experience and skilled Regional Field Directors and Field Organizers to help implement our aggressive and unique field plan across the state of South Carolina. Duties:

- Training volunteers and team leaders in phone banking, canvassing, and the Bernie 2016 Organizing Model

- Build relationships with community leaders from across an assigned region

- Build and manage teams across an assigned region

- Work with other departments when necessary

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals  

 

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Excel, VAN/Votebuilder [required]

- Must have experience in training volunteers and building teams 

- Must have their own form of transportation and a valid drivers license [required] 

- Two cycles of experience [preferred]

- Experience working with people of diverse backgrounds

- Ability and willingness to work weekends and long hours

- A strong interest in and commitment to the ideas of the Bernie 2016 campaign.
