Senior Digital Campaign Manager
4degre.es is a small digital agency with purpose. We are seeking a Senior Digital Campaign Manager to join our growing team, starting ASAP.
We seek a creative & talented digital guru with experience running successful political or non-profit digital campaigns, with a primary focus on fundraising.
This is a senior position and we’re looking for technically skilled candidates to hit the ground running. Must have experience with email marketing, should be comfortable using an ESP, working with data, creating & trafficking social media advertising campaigns (Facebook), and writing simple HTML for rich marketing emails.
This position will work with clients/campaigns directly to develop and execute a digital plan, with an emphasis on email fundraising, with a focus on paid acquisition rather than swaps and other non-opt-in tactics. Ideal candidates should have experience managing marketing campaigns with budgets of at least $100,000 per quarter, with specific experience in Facebook advertising at this level.
With a focus on making data-based decisions, data analysis is required to gain insights to improve your work. Visual tools will be provided to make data actionable, however, candidates that know SQL will receive higher compensation. While political experience is not necessary, we work mostly with Democrats and environmental non-profits and we are looking for like-minded progressives to join our growing team.
We're looking for a self-motivated candidate who can take the lead on an account in the first week. As a senior manager, there will be direct communication with clients to define success and deliver winning campaigns across all digital mediums. Ideally, this position will grow to include management of current copywriting support staff and other staff who will assist in executing digital campaign plans.

Responsibilities:
Working directly with clients to define and fulfill long-term campaign objectives and execute digital campaigns, with a focus on email fundraising
Create & execute an email calendar with a laser focus on increasing fundraising returns through opt-in only tactics
Segmenting email subscriber lists and sending clean and error-free HTML emails that render properly across devices
Creating simple, on-brand graphics
Creating & trafficking Facebook advertisements, with a focus on acquisition to email and organic list-building.
Providing social media guidance
Analytics & reporting (ideally ability to write SQL) to gain insights & continually optimize digital campaigns
We prefer candidates with technical skills - candidates with data science (SQL, ML, R), front-end development (HTML + JS), development/engineering (Node & Google Cloud products), or graphic design skills (photoshop, illustrator) will receive higher compensation - please list your expertise & experience.
