The Strategy Group, an award-winning Democratic direct mail firm, is seeking a full-time Senior Operations / Production Manager for its Washington, DC office. This non-cyclical role requires at least two years of operations and/or production experience, ideally within campaigns, Democratic committees, or consulting firms. The position involves managing direct mail production, working with vendors and clients, hiring and supervising seasonal assistants, handling billing and invoices, general office management, and compiling data for presentations and marketing. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. The salary range is $85,000–$95,000, with benefits including 401k, health insurance, and a generous leave policy.
