GLSEN’s Policy Staff is seeking an energized and detail oriented intern to join our team for Fall (September to December) 2019. We are looking for a member of our team who is ready to jump in, stay organized, and implement a variety of small and large scale projects related to supporting our advocacy at the local, state, and federal levels.

The GLSEN Public Policy team leads the development of inclusive and affirming state and school district policies that create a positive school climate for all students, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. GLSEN’s policy work strives to contribute to the dismantling of all identity-based oppressions including but not limited to, race, ethnicity, ability, and immigration status.
