The Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party is hiring a full-time Call Center Supervisor who will oversee the Party’s telemarketing fundraising operation. The supervisor will have two primary responsibilities: managing call center employees and preparing call lists on a regular basis.

An ideal candidate has an interest in data and possesses a willingness to be trained on new software. Because our call center operates in the evenings, this full-time position will work afternoons and evenings Sunday through Thursday.

Direct political experience is a plus but not required to be an excellent candidate.

Responsibilities:

With the help of the Finance Director, prepare call lists for the phone room on a regular basis
Track and process pledges from contributors
Track call center employee hours
Assist with the hiring of new call center employees

Requirements:

Excellent computer skills
Working knowledge of databases and data management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Access also preferred)
Willingness to work in a call center environment

Compensation: $3000/month as a salaried employee, plus benefits
