Graphic Designer - Waltham

What you will be doing:
- Supporting a wide range of social justice and workers’ rights initiatives with eye-catching materials
- Conceptualizing visuals based on client campaign needs
- Designing a variety of campaign collateral, such as posters, banners, flyers, social media graphics, print and web ads, magazines, t-shirts, and more.
- Developing polished Wordpress websites and landing pages based on client briefs or agency requirements with user-friendly design and clear navigation.
- Producing reports on key campaigns including compendiums of visuals and ads.
- Being available during standard business hours and sometimes beyond business hours when deadlines or urgent projects necessitate.

Your experience:
- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience; agency experience a plus, but not required.
- Experience with design software and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create concepts, designs, and layouts for large scale graphics.
- Proficiency in social media, web design, and photoshop.
- Experience with web design and creating user-friendly Wordpress websites.
- Demonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- History of overseeing multimedia and/or graphic design projects strongly preferred.
- Effective at solving problems, whether taking charge independently or working with a team.
