CANVASSERS WANTED ASAP!!!

Progressive Pennsylvania state legislative campaign seeks paid canvassers for April primary.

 Canvassers will talk with voters articulating a message in support of candidate.   

Canvassers must be able to articulate the message and successfully engage voters in dialog about the candidate. 

Canvassers will work approximately four hour shifts and earn a minimum of $10 per hour. 

Responsibilities

·       Effectively communicate the message / issue one-on-one to community members

·       Understand and articulate the broader concepts related to the message / issue

·       Completely and accurately record data manually and/or  electronically

-                      -     Ability to use a tablet and smart phone accurately 

-                      -   Canvass door-to-door

 

 Qualities and Abilities Required

·       Canvassers must have excellent communication skills

·       Canvassers must be skilled at engaging community members in conversation

·       Canvassers must work well in a team and be flexible and adaptive to changing conditions

·       Canvassers must be able to operate data collection systems
