Progressive Turnout Project seeks Field Representatives (IA-01)
Position Summary
Progressive Turnout Project seeks Field Representatives for Iowa's first congressional district. This is a great, entry-level position for recent graduates and people with a passion for politics. Field Representatives work closely with District Directors and receive extensive training in campaign strategy, messaging, and voter contact techniques. Field Representatives are responsible for day-to-day voter contact in assigned congressional districts and execute voter contact tactics such as canvasses, phone banks, and other get out the vote efforts. Field Representatives are the face of PTP’s effort to connect with Democratic voters and get them to the polls. Field Representatives should be high energy, outgoing, and enthusiastic. Field Representatives start May 1, 2016.

Progressive Turnout Project is a grassroots Political Action Committee (PAC) with a single mission: get Democrats to the polls. We design, test, and execute specialized voter turnout programs targeting sporadic Democratic voters in the most competitive congressional districts in the country.
