Human Resources Associate
About Next Level Partners:
Next Level Partners, a Capitol Hill based Compliance and accounting firm, works with Democratic and Progressive Leadership PACs, State Parties, Candidate Committees, Joint Committees, 501(c)3/(c)4 on their accounting and FEC compliance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Assist with the payroll of over 100 organizations
· Work closely with in house staff on new hires and keeping track of hourly/salary pay
· Communicate with new hires on paperwork needs
· Input new employees into Paychex system and work with employees on any changes
· Work with team on setting up and managing workers compensation and disability insurance
· Send employees pay stubs after each pay period
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience with payroll and HR functions is a plus but not required
· Applicants must be exceedingly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
· A positive attitude
· Willingness to learn and grow
· Professionalism in all interactions
· Resourceful and independent
· Discretion and professional approach to sensitive information is necessary
Salary and Benefits:
· Salary is commensurate with experience and will increase based on performance and work-load
· Healthcare - 75% employer, 25% employee
· 401(k) – can participate after a year and employer matches up to 6%
