A+G is an agile agency helping Democrats, causes, and brands run the most efficient and effective online campaigns possible. Founded in 2018, our team of digital strategists has experience spanning agencies and political campaigns.
As a DCCC preferred vendor, our remote team is proud to serve Congressional candidates. We also support clients ranging from legislative candidates to advocacy organizations and brands who share our values. We’ve served clients across the United States, from California to North Carolina, Texas to Michigan, and in Hawai'i. We’ve scaled our operations by being an engaged, responsive, creative, and data-informed practice. We offer full-stack digital services for campaigns including email fundraising programs, SMS, paid online media, social, video editing, and technical work from graphic design to site work.
A+G is seeking a remote Senior Associate who will be responsible for the following:
Developing strategic plans and content for clients across online channels.
Following industry trends and suggesting, when relevant, tests or creative ideas for clients.
Ability to be client-facing and handle client needs as quickly as possible.
Availability during eastern business hours.
Ensuring deliverables are completed well on time.
Staying on top of news relevant to our clients and support for rapid response.
Requirements:
At least two years of relevant work experience
Creativity and ability to pitch new ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital practices including social, paid, email coding, etc.
Interest and knowledge about the US political system and digital marketing
An appetite to solve problems, dig deep, and suggest creative digital activations
At least one cycle of political campaign experience or demonstrated interest in politics
Preferred:
Graphic design skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and other Adobe Suite applications
Familiarity with Trello and Slack and/or other agile project management software
This is a contract role with no guarantees of hours but with expected needs of around 20-30 hours a week. A+G is open to converting this role to a full-time role after 30 days if there’s mutual desire. The hourly range is commensurate with experience but ranges from $20-$30.
