WHAT. A. WEEK!!!!!!!
First and foremost, I’d like to tip my hat to everyone who did anything on a campaign this cycle. Tuesday’s wins were the shift in energy we all needed, and none of those wins would’ve been possible without the people who power those campaigns. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
So for those of you who worked a campaign, please take a well deserved break. For those of you, like myself, who live in cities/counties/states that didn’t have elections, it’s time to roll up our sleeves. The 2026 midterms will be here in the blink of an eye, and we have to build on the successes of Tuesday. Then we are going to need all of you to head over to the GAIN Power Career Center and check out the fantastic opportunities listed — campaigns are staffing up and they need your experience and expertise!
One race that probably wasn’t on our collective radar is THE Nancy Pelosi’s seat. In case you missed the announcement earlier today, the former Speaker and trailblazer announced she will be retiring at the end of this current term. The GAIN Power team is in awe of her legacy and wishes her the very best!
Monday is Veterans Day and to help celebrate we’re proud to be partnering with Common Defence, Public Citizen, and more veteran allies and organizations as part of Vets Say No campaign. Below is a link to some of their events.
