Maya Wiley for Mayor is hiring a full time Data Director to be part of the Mobilization Team and will be responsible for supporting our voter contact efforts with data. The Data Director will report to the Organizing Director. This is a cycle position and there should be no assumption of employment upon the conclusion of the campaign.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing list for team members doing voter contact;

• Ensure data integrity for the campaign;

• Plan and lead training sessions on VAN and other data tools;

• Work closely with the mobilization team to analyze metrics and track progress to goals;

• Other duties as assigned.

*All this work will be conducted in accordance with COVID safety guidelines and will be completed in a safe, healthy, and socially distanced way. 

Qualifications:

• 3 cycles of campaign experience

• 1-2 cycles of campaign experience in a data department

• Ability to work in a high pressure environment, and meet tight timelines

• Practice managing multiple competing priorities at the same time

• Be willing and able to work long hours, including nights and weekends

• Be creative and ready to try new things in a digital organizing environment

• Passion for electing Maya Wiley to be the first woman Mayor of New York City
