[Iowa House Truman Fund]

The Iowa House Truman fund is seeking Campaign Managers for targeted State House races in Iowa

Campaign Managers will work to develop winning strategies in their districts and ensure victory for the Democrats in November.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage a campaign for the Iowa House of Representatives, including field, finance, and communications efforts

- Write and execute a comprehensive campaign plan, including detailed fundraising, field, and communications plan

- Staff candidate during fundraising call time, plan and execute fundraisers, and organize fundraising mailings

- Cultivate and manage a team of volunteers and interns to assist with outreach efforts, including phonbanks and door-to-door canvassing

- Engage with community leaders and local activists in order to build a coalition of supporters throughout your district

- Work with statewide Truman Fund team to develop and execute effective communications strategies

- Staff candidate at events throughout the district

Previous campaign experience is preferred, but not required.
