The Warren For President Campaign is hiring a Community Engagement Director to help Elizabeth Warren work to secure the Democratic Party’s nomination for President in 2020 and make big, structural change.
The Community Engagement Director will think through innovative and flexible programming that includes outreach to local community organizations, coalition building, and aims to bring new people into our campaign.
This is a full-time position based out of our Boston, MA headquarters.
In this position you will:
Design the National Community Organizing Program in conjunction with political and organizing team leadership
Manage a team of Community Engagement Organizers leading constituency-focused organizing efforts
Set and monitor program’s metrics and timeline leading up to GOTV, including Reach contacts, 1:1s, local meetings attended, etc
Collaborate with National Political Department and organizing teams on the ground to determine opportunities for engagement and organizing, and build and manage relationships

Four cycles of organizing experience and at two least cycles of staff management
Experience organizing in both electoral and non-electoral spaces
Strong ability to build relationships
Goal-oriented and self-disciplined; able to meet tight deadlines and multitask
Willing to learn campaign technology including Reach, Mobilize America, and more
Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment
