Operations Manager (Washington, DC)

Blueprint is hiring an Operations Manager to join our team. We're looking for an effective problem-solver who can help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital firm. 

We work on behalf of our clients on progressive candidates and causes such as access to women’s health, the environment, and other progressive issues. If you are a curious, collaborative person and want to help us drive real change, Blueprint is the right place for you. 

As a part of our team, you will manage the firm's operations, including human resources, office management, social activities, interns, recruiting, and new employee onboarding and training. 

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in operations and human resources
  
• 2-3 years of experience managing and mentoring direct reports
  
• Strong verbal and written communications abilities
  
• Effective organization and decision-making skills
  
• Willingness to put in that extra time and effort: sometimes we have to work longer days or on weekends, especially during campaign seasons
  

COMPENSATION

You will receive a competitive salary (the expected range is $60,000-$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience) along with:
