VA – Campaign Manager for 2019 State House Race

 

Job Summary:

 

The campaign manager will oversee all aspects of the campaign’s day-to-day operations. This will include overseeing campaign fundraising, managing field efforts, managing volunteers, planning regular outreach events, working with the campaign treasurer on financial compliance, and coordinating campaign logistics. This position demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants must have a car and be willing to work long hours.

 

Qualifications:

 

● At least one cycle of campaign experience

● Experience with Votebuilder (VAN) and the ability to train others is strongly preferred

 

The Ideal Candidate Will:

 

● Have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills

● Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

● Be a self-starter, quick learner, and relentless worker

 

Requirements:

 

● Be willing and available to work long hours

● Have a car, laptop and cell phone

● Must relocate to the district
