The Field Director will be responsible for overseeing the entire field organization, including multiple Regional Field Directors and Field Organizers, as well as multiple field offices. The position will also require daily reporting to the Campaign Manager and Consultants.
Regional Field Directors will be responsible for overseeing a regional field office, and recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to expand volunteer networks. Regional Field Directors will manage and execute voter contact tactics such as phone banks, canvasses, voter registration drives, and visibility events. Regional Field Directors should be high energy, outgoing, and enthusiastic.
Applicants must:
For FD - Minimum 2 cycles of Field experience
For RFD - Minimum 1 cycle of Field experience
Have a passion for organizing and voter engagement
Possess excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills
Be able to successfully coach and manage volunteers
Be able to work in a high-pressure setting and willing to work long hours, including nights and weekends
Have experience meeting goals and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
Be willing to travel within assigned turf and possess a driver's license and vehicle
Be competent with Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
Own a laptop computer
