Montana Voices and Montana Votes would like to announce an opening for the position of Leadership Development & Recruitment Coordinator. This position reports to/works for the Montana Voices and Montana Votes Director and affiliated partner organizations to provide needed support in the areas of leadership development and candidate recruitment.

This is a full-time, salaried position based in Montana. The salary range is commensurate with experience, from $50,000 to $55,000 per year. Benefits include reimbursement for travel expenses for those applicants with a current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle, paid vacation and sick leave, and employer-paid health insurance.
