The Human Resources team of the Sierra Club is looking for a Manager of HR Systems to join the team in San Francisco! In this role you will be responsible for any new set up, ongoing development, and daily management of the Club's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Workday, as well as the internal HR ticketing system and the talent management system, Taleo. To be successful in this role you will need a knowledge of health benefits and 401(K) plans, at least 3 years experience working with a mid-sized HRIS, and strong Workday experience.
