Finance Director / Call Time Manager
A PAC dedicated to winning back the majority in Virginia's House of Delegates seeks a dedicated finance staffer.

Location: Northern Virginia
Responsibilities:
Help create and execute an ambitious fundraising plan.
Staff call time, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Be prepared for call time with targeted call sheets and other information.
Make sure that all follow-up from call time is handled as soon as possible including sending emails and mail, as well as thank you letters to those who give.
Primary responsibility for ensuring that the fundraising database is up-to-date in terms of donor profiles, call notes, and giving histories.
Track call time results and send reports as scheduled.
Organize events.
Qualifications:
Available to start right away
A passion for Democratic politics generally and interest in Virginia specifically
Willingness to work long hours, including some evenings and weekends
General computer skills and overall comfort level learning new systems (Microsoft Word and Excel are a must)
Must have laptop computer and personal transportation
Experience and familiarity with campaign fundraising is preferred, but willing to train someone dedicated and motivated to succeed in Democratic politics.
Salary commensurate with experience
