Michigan Democratic Coordinated Campaign Hiring Regional Organizing Directors

The Michigan Democratic Party is seeking full-time Regional Organizing Directors to join the Michigan Coordinated Campaign for highly targeted national and state races. The coordinated campaign will play a critical role in helping to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in Michigan this year: from helping Legislative campaigns in targeted state house and state senate seats all the way up the ballot to the campaign for President of the United States. Regional Organizing Directors are responsible for all day-to-day organizing operations in their region and oversee the development and growth of volunteer infrastructure. Ideal candidates have previous management experience, are detail oriented and data driven, can troubleshoot challenges, are hardworking and self-motivated, can work long hours, and can perform in a high pressure and fast-paced work environment.
We will be accepting Regional Organizer Director applications on a rolling basis.
