Battleground Texas is hiring!

If you’ve ever been interested in working in Politics, this is your perfect opportunity! Join a progressive organization  going door-to-door in West Houston to talk to people about voting for local Democratic candidates in the November Election. We will be canvassing from September 6th until November 8th.

Canvassers must:

●      Have strong communication skills

●      Be able to adapt to a fast pace and demanding environment

●      Have a strong and reliable work ethic

●      Show good character and judgment

●      Have reliable transportation

●      Be able to carry 2 - 3 lbs.

●      Be able to walk door-to-door for 5 hours in a shift

●      Be able to utilize a smart phone

 

 

Canvassers must be able to work evenings from 3 pm to 8 pm and be able to commit to 30 hours per week.
