Campaign Manager Job Description

Overview
Highly targeted congressional in the Northeast seeking qualified candidates for Campaign Manager. This will be a highly active primary and
general. Must be willing to relocate immediately.
Responsibilities
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the
campaign in targeted races. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing the day-‐to-‐day schedule and
activities for the candidate
- Building and executing a comprehensive campaign plan outlining the path to victory
including voter contact and fundraising goals
- Overseeing the
fundraising, field, communications, messaging and technology components of the campaign
- Working with the campaign’s
consultants to develop a sound paid communications plan in line with the campaign’s
message
- Coordinating campaign
activities with all of the campaigns covering the district
and party committees including all state level races, national
races, DCCC and influential coalition partners and endorsers
- Maintaining relationships
and communication with local and county Democratic stakeholders.
Requirements

Qualified candidates must be highly organized, highly motivated
and capable of working through a demanding work environment.
- ·
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ·
Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
- ·
The ability to build and motivate a team.
- ·
Commitment to details, results meeting goals, and using data to
inform decisions in the field.
- ·
Campaign experience at managerial level.
- ·
Political campaign and/or labor organizing experience required;
political fundraising experience preferred.
- ·
Experience writing and implementing Campaign, Finance and
Communication plans.
- ·
A reliable vehicle is required
