High profile New York Congressional campaign seeks Field Director. Field Director must be hard working, smart, and willing to work campaign hours. Candidates should have experience working field on 2-3 political campaign cycles and good working with volunteers. Experience as a field director on a state or local race or as a regional field director (or comparable) on a congressional or statewide race is preferred. Ready to begin immediately.

Expectations:

• Creating and executing an energetic field program
• Recruiting and training field organizers and volunteers
• Managing the campaign's VAN and voter data systems
• Staffing candidate to events
• Putting together house parties for the candidate
• Building for public events that the candidate will attend
• Developing relationships with volunteers and political contacts
